Starting great, ending... not so great.

And it has been such a good day today.

Borrowed the car today, and helped spicehobbit shopping for balcony furniture. It was a lot of fun, and she found some really cool furniture, so I bet her balcony will look great. I now have an invite for some coffee or something there when she has finished putting it in order. :-)

Then I went home taking it easy. Like I have taken a habit of doing now when peting73 is working evenings.

And my brother calls. Apparently my mom had to go the hospital since she had a blood clot in her leg. *head-desk* Damn, damn, damn... I am now worried sick. According to the doctors it ain't lethal, but I am worried sick anyway. Only 7 years ago my father died, and now I am scared as hell I'll lose mom to.

Both me and my brother knows why she got this blood clot though. She is way to over-weight. I hate to say it about my own mother, but it is the truth. She weighs around 120 kilos (265lbs) and is only 1.75 meters tall (5.7feet). That is far to much. So, me and bro has decided to bug her about losing weight and for gawds sake stop eating all day long! OK, so she is unemployed, but that don't mean you should eat your day away! She has a huge house and a garden, that she doesn't take care of. Only moving around outside would do wonders. So yeah. We have done a collusion me and bro to try and save mom's health. She is one of the most stubborn people I know, so wish us luck! *sigh*
