Birthday parties and Gorillaz...

So, this Friday we visited my brother and his family. :-) Thats yesterday. ;-) Was quite awesome, I'd say! During the day I went off shopping gifts for his son, my nephew. Such a cute kid! (Was my bro ever that cute? I wonder...) I bought him a pirate soft toy and a crocodile soft toy. He loved the pirate (Yes!) but thought the crocodile was a bit scary (Damn!) so his big sister snatched that one instead (Phew...). I also bought three little picture books that he liked to poke around with. He turned 1 year old, but I figured we should start early, yeah? ;-) His sister liked them books to, and I had to read them for her several times during the evening. Was a big birthday party with a lot of people. :-) Both our family and the family of my sister in law. Lots of kids. I lost count on when I was reading the fourth book aloud with kids sitting all around me... Hmm... I got a lot of hugs from them kids when we left though, so win. :-)

Today peting73 decided he needed new pants. Right. So off we went shopping at Dressman for pants. He is very particular with what kind of pants he wants, so.... yeah. But we managed to find three (!) pairs. Then we ran into his mom and aunt that were out shopping for shoes. They must have infected peting73 with the shoe-shopping bug to, since he bought a pair as well.

So, who is this man and what have he done with my hubby, eh? *laugh*

Rest of the day we have spent lazing about. :-) Been reading about Gorillaz all day. And I have just one thing to say. Those cartoon-characters in that band? They are just like LARP-characters. They seem to have taken on a life of there own. It was awesome to read about them. What a thriller! *laugh* (I highly suggest you check them out on Wikipedia. It is awesome reading!)

And there latest music vid? Well... Gorillaz (one a cyborg), car-chase and Bruce Willis. Can it get any better? I declare this a win!
