Survived Christmas yet another year...

Oh yeah... That I did. Or, we did, perhaps I should say....

We started the day slowly on Christmas Eve, me and peting73. Exchanging gifts just the two off us. Was wonderful! Got geeky gift from him to. A electronic photo-frame that can show off all our digital photos. Awesome, I say!

Well, a bit later then planned we got to moms, were she had an awesome Christmasy smörgåsbord/julbord! Oh my gawd! So much yummy food! The second one we had, since we started Christmas early at peting73s family the day before Christmas Eve with smörgåsbord/julbord there as well. Lots of food later, we left for my aunts house (my mom's sister). There we just hung out with her family. Was nice. Missed the traditional Christmas show with Donald Duck on Swedish tele though... Felt odd, but there you go.

At my aunts house we opened all our Christmas gifts. Got lots of cool and neat things. :-) (Thanx dear friends!) But one thing deserves a special mention. One of my cousins has a good friend who is really good at drawing. Well, they gave him a photo of me, told him what I liked, and he drew a portrait of me! In Xena-clothes! With an Elfquest wolf watching over me! With elf-ears! And facial tattoos! o.O It is so AWESOME!!!! Everyone liked the stuff I had bought them to, so yay! :-D

Christmas day we just hung out at mom's house, being lazy. Aunt and family came over to, and more yummy food was eaten plus home made candy. We ate so much, that peting73 got some serious belly-ache and could hardly sleep during the night... Me and aunt had a blast though, since we both LOVE the movie Mama Mia, and it was a TV-show about said movie and about ABBA that night. Was great. :-D

Day after that we went to my brothers house for more gift-exchanging. And more food. And more home-made candy. (Yum!) peting73s stomach was still out of order more or less, so he took it really cool. Was great meeting my fathers side of the family though, not to mention my brothers little daughter! I swear, she is getting cuter and cuter every time I see her! She loved the t-shirt and sweater I bought her and promptly put them on her head as a hat... X-D Kids...

So yeah. It was good. A bit stressful, but good. Right now I am just happy to be home, in my for once neat apartment. *sigh*

Gotta share some stuff though. pktaxwench shared this awesome vid with this cool singing group. ( Who said you have to sing classical carols the classical way anyway? ;-) )
