Crap...

Things are not looking good for my dear old comp. Bugger. I am a chatting fool when I am online, so naturally a good chatt-program is important to me. I used to have Miranda, but it stopped working on me. So I used Trillian instead, wish I have been using before. It worked fine, until a couple of weeks ago, and that to stopped working on me. So, instead I downloaded all of AIM, MSN messenger, ICQ5 and Yahoo Messenger. Should work then, right? Well, guess not. It worked sort of good, but since my comp is so old, it froze again, and again, and again, and again.... I had to continue to restart it all the time. Really bloody annoying... So today, while Peter is at work I decided to reformat the C drive. Done it alot of times before, and it usually gives my old comp an energy boost. And it worked very well this time to, I'd say. Until I was going to the Windows Update site... It didn't wanna work for me. So now I don't really know what to do... If it continues to give me hazzel, I can't download the important patches and all the stuff... Not good. Damn, damn, damn....

Of course this had to happen the day after me and Peter discussed bying a new comp. We did that last night. If doing it, Peter is going to take the new one, and I am taking his (wish I am using right now). There is only two probelems: The kind of comp that Peter wants, minimum requerments of his, would cost between 10000 and 12000 swedish crowns (1245,80 USD - 1 494,95 USD). THAT won't be easy, since all I get a month from the unemployment benefit society fund is 4500 swedish crowns (560,61 USD) a month... Tough times, indeed... I hope my old comp survives..

On another note, I found this. It is sooo true, and it sure put a smile to my face. :-D
