2013 September FQF Prompt Grab posts are OPEN, y'all!

We ended up with 229 prompts this year, which is ridiculous and fantastic and there has seriously got to be a prompt for every writer. And not only that, for the first year, we're allowing art submissions, so there are plenty of art prompts, too!
And writers, to make things a little more informal, we're doing away with the minimum and maximum word counts!
