Buss-fail and early Christmas-gifts
All cool at the library today, actually. Surprisingly. :-) The two other librarians that worked today was in the office almost all day spending the last off this years money. So, that left me taking care off the rest off the library. WOOT! Was awesome. :-D I even managed to find books for a visitor that wanted romantic books, something I really really don't read (think Danielle Steel). So, yeah. It was quite awesome at work today. :-)
It was after work that fail started to happen. My shampoo and conditioner was out, so I went down town to buy more. No problems, right? Well, no. Not on the way to town. It was when I was to take the buses home that fail started to happen.
I walked through town to the other side off the city center, so I figured I'd take a buss back to the big bus-stop. I jumped on a buss. And at the next buss-stop, the doors on said buss stopped working. I waited for quite a few minutes, but then I jumped out and walked instead. That made sure I missed the buss home. Yay. So, I had to wait ten minutes for the next one. I see it. Checks what it says on the buss. Yes, it is my buss. I jump on. Makes my self comfortable. Buss leaves. And is taking another way. Not the way home. Oh joy. The sign on the buss had changed after I had gone on. It was not the buss going home. DAMN! So I jumped off at the next stop. Waited for the next buss to go back. A buss came. It just passed me and ignored me. WTH! *growl* Had to wait more. Next buss comes. I get on. Get to the big buss-stop. And of course, I had just missed the buss home. *groan* So, I waited. And waited some more. Finally it arrives and I can get home.
Buss-fail. :-P

peting73 just laughed at me. But he got an awesome surprise that really brightened the evening! He gave me my Christmas-gift early! Since, as he put it, you'll have to use it during Christmas... He got me a new digitalcamera! WOHOO!!! *happy-dance* It is magenta-coloured and very shiny!

It is a Nikon Coolpix S220. :-D Now I'll be able to take pretty photos to! And it is tiny and sleek and fits in my pockets! I R very happy!
On that note, I'll go off and read some fanfics. I haven't been able to all day. :-P
