This is KSena

Usually a friendly sort. Be nice to me, and I am nice to you. Here I ramble on about me, life, work and fandoms. I am a fan of Robin of Sherwood, Xena: Warrior Princess, Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Tokio Hotel and Sons of Anarchy. I don't apologize for anything I write here. This is my mind. And you entered it. Welcome.

Lets see... Where to start...

Well, how about my busy week I had not that long ago when [livejournal.com profile] astroflammante and [livejournal.com profile] tekiila stayed with me and P for a week? Quite an interesting week and I do think we all discovered new things with each other. I know I can be an asshole when it comes to my kitchen, but really girls... What did you do with all the bread you ate??? I think I baked bread every day during that week. Or close to it. I was the second going up every morning and I dreaded looking into the refrigerator, because nearly every morning... We were out of bread. So the first thing I had to do was fix bread while Astro and Te woke up. And man, your slow in the mornings! I know why, but your even slower then me! I actually thought that was impossible. :-D We had fun to, though. Lots of tabletop games were played, I discovered new TV-shows (Greys Anatomy is quite a nutty show. And Medium is quite interesting) and got all my ironing done.

And then on the saturday of the week [livejournal.com profile] astroflammante and [livejournal.com profile] tekiila was here, we were all invited to a birthday party at the student union pub (they had rented it).... Or so it said on the invitation. HA! Right. it was supposed to be a party for two of our friends. A couple. We got dressed up and all, and went there. I planning on going to the LARP later in the evening. Getting a welcome-drink and talking. When all the guests (both friends and family) had gathered, the man, lets call him J had a small speech...

"Well, your all thinking this is a birthday party. It is not." (At this moment I was thinking, oh they are getting engaged to! How cute!)

"And now your thinking we will get engaged. Then your wrong again. We are not." (At this moment I am thinking, wth?)

"We are actually getting married right here and now."

And lo and behold, from a corner were she had been hidden a little priest sneaks out preparing a cute little alter at the end of the room. Everyone is invited to sit down and there getting married. Right then and there... At the student union pub... The insanity! But considering how this couple works... Not very surprising. It was fun and a bit shocking, though, and I was not quite myself at the LARP later that evening.

Oh, and I got new rules from the employment service office to. Oh joy... Or not. From now on I must fill in a certain form for every singly job I apply for. And I send in MANY applications a week, trust me. So when I do my rounds on all the job-sites it takes twice as long as it usually do. And thats not all. I now have to be at a class at the employment service office every wednesdays morning at 8. For an hour. And what do we do at this class? We watch a movie and look for jobs at the same job-sites I use at home. But I can't send in any applications there, because I can't use my Hotmail there. On no! The Hotmail site is locked on those computers to stop people from using there email.... Hmmm... Does make sense, doesn't it? In other words, the employment service office is as insane as ever. I have been a good girl and sent in 48 applications in two weeks. (And yes, I filled in that freaking form for every single one.)

In some Livejournal news I have come to the desion to leave [livejournal.com profile] darker_spike. It floods my flist like woo. Not to mention it is not exactly dark anymore. More like a fluffy place, not to mention an insanely creative place. The stuff they do is amazing, but not in my taste. Or should I say, it is not why I joined. Feels a bit weird since I was one of the first members there when [livejournal.com profile] japewierd and [livejournal.com profile] sexymermaid started the thing. Oh well. I still have all the friends from there on my f-list. :-)

And talking off said friends, when working myself through my flist after my hiatus when Astro and Te was here, I found quite a bit of interesting things that I wanted to share with all of you.

For instance, [livejournal.com profile] sueworld2003 posted these YouTube links to the pilots of Buffy and Angel. Was very interesting to see. Not to mention in the Buffy pilot not all the actors was casted yet, so it is not the "right" actor playing the part. :-) Was fun to see.
Buffy the Slayer Pilot and Angel the series Pilot

And talking about pilots, I don't remember where I found this link but there are some fans that wanted more from the series, it would seem... This is a fanmade movie that continues where the last episode of Buffy, Chosen ended. It is quite professional, considering it is fans that has made it. I do recommend checking it out. :-) (My only problem with it is that the actor that plays Angel is to short... ;-D )
Forgotten Memories, episode one fanmade season 8.

More movies to enjoy! This time a fanvid. [livejournal.com profile] spikeylover is a great vid-maker and had a big voting project going in her journal awhile ago. The goal was to agree on the best scenes Spike was in during the entire series... You can imagine this took some time. And at the end, she made a vid with all the scenes, 100 of them to be exakt, with the winning scene in the end. This is the result. I just re-watched it, and not only are the scenes jaw-dropping. The editing by [livejournal.com profile] spikeylover is amazing and the music is just so much love. Go watch it, I say.
The BEST of Spike according to Spikeylover and friends

While we are in the Buffy and Angel fandom, this little gem that [livejournal.com profile] japewierd pimped in her journal is just... so much love. :-D It is set in Angel the series, after Spike returns, so a bit of spoiler there if you haven't seen any of that. But, this is just such a wonderful PWP What if story, you should read it anyway. It takes the idea: What if Spike and Angel found all the slash-stories about themselfs... What would happen then? The result is hilarious...
Slash Bashing written by [livejournal.com profile] ash_carpenter.

Talking about writers, I mean in one way or another we are all writers here on LiveJournal, because that is what we do all the time in our journals. The question is... How is your feed-back score, eh? [livejournal.com profile] aschicca has a really interesting view on this that I agree with to 90%. It also is a very good explanation why I comment on all my friends, while maybe not all my friends comment on me...
A bit thinking about feedback.... written by [livejournal.com profile] aschicca.

And lastly, finally, for all my slash and yaoi -loving friends and especially [livejournal.com profile] chigrima I pimp and highly recommend a visit to this post [livejournal.com profile] fanbot did a while ago, filled with yaoi-icons!!! Go and endulge your sin, girls! :-D

Mhe, AMS are REALLY stupid. Still, it's even worse knowing it ain't their fault, it's our lovely new government... *usch*

I'm so sad I didn't get to see the wedding! I would have loved it. I hope they get ridicously happy. ^_^

*snickers* Thank for the link... Gods, yaoi can look so SILLY sometimes!

AMS is... an intresting place indeed. And as you say, I honestly can't be pissed of at them alone. I was there the day after the election, and the depression on that place was... Wow... Even "my" person there (arbetsförmedlare) who I am usually more or less fighting with, was really down in her shoes. We kinda bonded over all the shittiness going on.

And J & M? Probably gonna be really silly happy, I am sure of it. :-) Fun thing is, they got married after only 1 ½ years... I have been with P for... lets see... Four years, and no rings here! Oh no!!!! *grumbles* Considering his aunt has lived with her hubby there entire life and not gotten married, I'll never see a ring on my finger, I fear. :-P Men... :-D

Aww, poor you! *grins* I'll just have to get him to Las Vegas and get him drunk and marry him in a 24/7 roadside chapel. ;-) With an Elvis imitator performing the ceremony.

BTW, did you find any fun yaoi-icons to use in Fanbot's bunch o' icons?

I guess you'll have to fight about the bridesmaid-position with [livejournal.com profile] sunniwfa... ;-) Or I'll have to go with two. :-D

[livejournal.com profile] fanbot actually made a very... intresting moodtheme not to long ago with only... men-parts in various sizes. :-D I would never ever upload it, but it was so damn fun to see a "happy" or "angry" penis, I just had to download it. Lets just say she is as much a slasher as you. ;-)

Aha... I use WinRAR to unpack my files. Since all moodtheme's I download is in ZIP-files, you kinda need a program like that. Happily P knows stuff, and showed me WinRAR that is for free (and does not make computers explode, I promise... ;-D ).

Are you sure? ;-) You are talking about the computer which once crashed over the fact that it had a floppy disk reader, you know. It's just that I've never recived any RAR-zip files before.

I doubt WinRAR will be that evul. It just packs and unpacks files. It is not that big of a program. Besides. I would love for you and Silvy to see those penises... *cough*

You clearly haven't realized the problem. How harmful a program should be has nothing to do with how harmful it actually IS. ;-)

I've downloaded it now, but had to run to the bus before I could install it. I'll let you know on monday!

[livejournal.com profile] darker_spike hasn't been darker in ages, that, and other changes, were amongst the reasons I stopped reading there long before I stopped being a Mod. The beginning was fun though *g*

Glad you enjoyed the Slash Bashing fic; a surprise wedding sounds like my kind of fun *eg*

Oh and I did get your email a while back, now sure whether I replied. I'm not home much still for the next 2/3 weeks but if I don't get to it before then I'll definitely get to it then *hugs*

I know, I am just like you when it comes to DS, me thinks. Haven't watched it in ages, but didn't just wanna leave, so I did a bow-out-post there the other day. So. No more DS for me. :-P It feels odd though. I was one of the first members there. :-/ Oh well, you gotta move on, I guess.

Oh, you got my email! Thats exellent! :-D I'll try and get the rest of the stuff done to. It is getting close now, isn't it? :-D

You're back! I've been wondering we're you've been, but I see now that you've been very busy. The employment agency's rules seem very strange.

Jepp, I have been somewhat busy lately. It has slowed down somewhat now, although the stupidity of the employment agency is still there. I'll live through it though. :-)
